Hours: Monday to Friday with shifts between 6am - 6pm What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Operations Manager in fostering a positive Safety and Wellbeing culture and helping the team meet key targets. Managing the planning and loading of vehicles to ensure smooth operational performance. Coaching and supporting colleagues, identifying training needs, and contributing to a high‑engagement culture. Communicating company plans, targets, and individual objectives clearly across the team. Acting as a first line of support for day‑to‑day queries and operational requirements. What We’re Looking For Experience within a logistics or warehouse environment. Confident leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team. Strong relationship‑building skills and the resilience to handle conflict effectively. Competence in IT systems, with the ability to work safely and in line with policies and procedures. A valid driving licence, with desirable experience in transport planning, forklift operation, and people management. What’s In It for You? Competitive basic salary.
