Teaching Personnel are working with an excellent all boys School that cater for students with mental health and behavioural struggles, due to childhood trauma, PTSD and troubled home-lives.


We are looking for individuals to assist students in every aspect of attending School; whether that be learning support, behaviour management, emotional guidance and pastor care, and most importantly becoming a role model that students can look up to.


While the school are expertly equipped with the facilities and knowledge to accommodate students’ needs – They can struggle to regulate their emotions in conventional ways and at times will display aggressive/confrontational behaviour, anxiety and low self-esteem.

Due to students’ complex needs, we need individuals with the following attributes;
Mentally resilient and able to think quickly on their feet
‍♀️‍➡️ Energetic and in good health – Comfortable being active for large parts of the school day
Team players who have excellent communication skills and can contribute ideas
A great sense of humour and thick-skinned

In return, we can offer you;
£26,270 per year – Including full pay over School holidays and half terms!
⌚Full time/Permanent Work: 8:30 – 16:00, Mon-Fri, term time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
