The Role
* Manage and grow a portfolio of ~15 affiliate partners, with scope to expand.
* Recruit, onboard, and nurture new affiliates to drive lead generation.
* Oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking against business targets.
* Optimise performance using data insights and Excel analysis.
* Collaborate with marketing, digital, and compliance teams to ensure activity aligns with brand and legal standards.
* Lead and develop one direct report.
About You
* Proven experience in affiliate or partnership marketing, ideally in B2C or lead generation.
* Strong commercial mindset with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
* Confident in Excel - comfortable handling large datasets and building reports.
* Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven.
