Description
* Manage a portfolio of private clients, delivering tailored tax advice and solutions.
* Prepare and review self-assessment tax returns and associated computations.
* Advise clients on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and other personal tax matters.
* Assist with tax planning strategies to optimise clients' financial positions.
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and stay updated on changes in tax legislation.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
Profile
A successful Private Client Tax Manager should have:
* Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy, such as CTA, ATT, or ACCA.
* Strong technical knowledge of personal tax and associated legislation.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
* Experience in delivering tax planning advice to private clients.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
