A leading and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to join its Residential New Build Plot Sales team in Worcester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team handling high-volume new build transactions, working with a broad client base and managing matters from initial site set-up through to exchange and completion.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of your own caseload of plot sales files while also supporting the wider team, including mentoring junior colleagues. This role is ideal for someone confident working independently but who also enjoys collaborating and contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing residential new build plot sales files from instruction to completion
* Advising on a wide range of legal and procedural issues within plot sales
* Supporting and developing junior team members
* Delivering exceptional levels of client service
* Working collaboratively to share knowledge and improve team performance
* Identifying and supporting business development and referral opportunities
About You:
* Experience in residential conveyancing and/or new build plot sales
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
* Ability to supervise and support junior colleagues
* Commercially aware with a proactive, organised approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and client engagement skills
