They are now looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to take the lead across the North East of England and Scotland, nurturing existing relationships and driving new business growth. What You'll Be Doing as a Regional Sales Manager : As part of their expanding field sales team and reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating regional growth. Your responsibilities will include: Driving regional sales, exceeding monthly targets through proactive account management and new business development Managing key wholesale and Cash & Carry clients, with regular in-person visits and relationship-building Visiting independent world food retailers and ethnic distributors, following a structured, strategic monthly schedule Pitching and launching new products and brands, tailored to your customers needs Providing responsive, solutions-focused service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step Managing credit and aged debt, ensuring clients operate within agreed terms Collaborating with internal teams, ensuring smooth processing and delivery of orders Traveling extensively across your region, including occasional overnight stays Who You Are: Were looking for someone who brings energy, commercial focus, and cultural awareness to the table. Youll thrive in this role if you are: Based in or near Tyne & Wear, Edinburgh, or Glasgow A self-starter, whos highly motivated and comfortable working independently Sales-driven, with a proven track record of smashing targets (ideally in food & beverage) Culturally aware and personable, able to build rapport with a diverse customer base Highly organised and detail-oriented, managing multiple accounts with care and consistency A strong communicator, both written and verbal Numerate and confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems Always acting with honesty and integrity Whats In It For You?
