What you'll be doing at Beamery
We're looking for someone who's super dynamic and organised to join our team as Workplace Experience Manager on a 7 month maternity cover contract. As the Workplace Experience Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the overall workplace and employee experience at Beamery during a very important year for us - our 10th anniversary!
You will be responsible for creating a vibrant, inclusive, and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Deliver engaging events and initiatives that resonate across different teams
Develop best practice that helps our people to BE AMazing, weaving our values,operating principles, wellbeing and diversity, inclusion into everything we do.
Work with multiple stakeholders across the business including leadership team and the HYLO management team on various projects
Work with our People Services, IT and InfoSec teams to embed smooth operational processes
Manage the workplace experience budget effectively making sure all PO’s and receipts are uploaded to the Navan and Precoro system in a timely manner
Effectively and efficiently coordinate meeting arrangements and external events including room bookings, catering requirements, logistics and presentation set up
Oversee the smooth daily running of our offices which includes but is not limited to: Keeping the fridges and kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks, maintaining office equipment, liaising with facilities suppliers and contractors, POC on all Health & Safety and Fire Regulations, as well as managing the security of our offices, lead on office related projects such as office space optimisation or relocation to adapt to business needs, assist the People Team to onboard new employees successfully into the business to make sure they are best equipped to succeed in their role

You need to LOVE running events, interactive sessions and engagement activities
A collaborative mindset, you're able to collaborate affectively with different departments across the business and engage stakeholders with your ideas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (especially listening)
The ability to own and make decisions when you don't always have all the information available to you
Excellent organisation and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your workload calmly under pressure
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. You’ll love motivating your colleagues and being a positive influence on others!
