About Our Client
Our client is a leading housing provider in the Midlands, and are very passionate about delivering outstanding service to their customers/tenants.
Job Description
* Manage 6 supervisors and their operatives across various locations.
* Oversee reactive repairs and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
* Focus on tenant satisfaction and meeting consumer standards.
* Ensure KPIs and performance targets are met, with a strong focus on results.
* Manage budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints.
* Use data and Power BI for performance tracking and reporting.
Role Flexibility:
* 2-3 days per week in the office with flexibility for home working and site visits as required.
* Locations span across Chesterfield to Northampton, with the majority of work based in Derby and Leicester.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in managing reactive repairs from either DLO or contractor backgrounds.
* Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
* Familiarity with tenant satisfaction metrics and consumer standards.
* Excellent ability to work with budgets and KPIs to improve operational outcomes.
