Concept2, a market-leading manufacturer of fitness and rowing equipment, seeks a full-time Warehouse Technician to join our subsidiary office in Nottingham. A flexible and hands-on role within a successful and rewarding environment. You will oversee the entire warehouse workflow, including receiving, storing, order fulfillment, and dispatch of parts, ensuring smooth and timely operations. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, who pays attention to detail, can use their initiative, and who enjoys working as part of a small team. Main Responsibilities: Warehouse processes and day-to-day operations Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders Receipt, unloading & checking of inbound goods Processing and reworking returned goods Performing basic servicing, repairs, and maintenance of Concept2 products Inventory cycle counting Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe Operating of forklift and pallet trucks Using our ERP system for basic processes Driving the company van Other general warehouse duties Additional Responsibilities Working with the group’s wider technical support team to ensure information sharing and consistency Event preparation for fitness competitions and on-site setup Assisting with the company’s Loan Machine Program This is a hands-on position and will require some heavy lifting Required Experience/Qualifications Previous experience within a warehouse environment Ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within the structure of a team Computer literate with basic MS Office skills Must be eligible to work in the UK, now and in the future Full UK driving license Willingness to travel to events Beneficial Experience/Qualifications Holding a forklift license Rowing, sports, or fitness background Previous experience with technical servicing Successful Concept2 employees combine self-sufficiency and personal accountability with strong teamwork skills.
