The role:
* Manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients across a range of industries
* Oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, from single-channel activity through to integrated multi-channel strategies
* Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully and drive results
* Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, performance updates, and commercial insight
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings

What we're looking for:
* Eperience in an Account Management, Client Services, or Strategic Marketing role
* Previous experience within a digital marketing agency environment
* Understanding of channels such as SEO and PPC
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Experience growing client accounts and increasing revenue opportunities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
