Property Manager - Bromsgrove - up to £20k basic plus commission
An amazing opportunity to join a well-respected independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an exceedingly good reputation in the area. Due to fantastic growth within their Lettings department they are looking for a Property Manager with at least 12 months experience.
Your central roles will be dealing with rent arrears, tenants deposits, check outs and property maintenance. You need to have a good knowledge of tenancy law and dispute management and all current legislation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a customer orientated service and ensuring that service standards are achieved within company policy, legislative and regulatory requirements.
Property Manager Duties will include:
·Handle day to day tenant and landlord relations
·Coordinating maintenance of dedicated portfolio
·End of tenancy checkouts and deposit management
·Monitoring tenancy accounts
·Negotiating tenancy renewals
Property Manager Key Skills: ·An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants
·Strong Organisational Skills
·Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail
·Problem solving skills
·Current Property Management Experience including Students and HMO's
·Polished and Well Presented
·First Class Customer service skills essential
·Computer literate
·Full UK Licence and Car
