In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—whether it’s answering questions about products, updating order information, or resolving issues, your role is all about making sure every customer interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Handle enquiries across phone, email, and other channels with a helpful and professional approach.
* Order Management: Assist customers with placing and tracking orders, as well as updating any necessary information.
* Product Knowledge: Learn about a range of products so you can offer useful advice and accurate answers.
* Issue Resolution: Deal with complaints or problems calmly and efficiently, escalating when needed.
* Record Keeping: Keep customer records and communication logs up to date and accurate.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to make sure the customer journey runs smoothly.
* Feedback Collection: Listen to customer feedback and share it to help improve services.
What I’m Looking For:
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal
* A positive, can-do attitude and genuine desire to help others
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential
* Strong multitasking and organisational skills
* Comfortable using email and CRM systems
* Quick to learn and detail-oriented
