Job Role You will be working within a supportive team delivering high-quality social work services to individuals across all age groups with disabilities. The role will include: Managing a caseload of service users with learning disabilities Supporting individuals through key life stages, including transitions from children’s to adult services Undertaking assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory responsibilities Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency partners Safeguarding vulnerable individuals and promoting independence and wellbeingKey Requirements Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration Proven experience working with learning disabilities Strong understanding of transitions within all-age disability services Experience within a local authority setting is highly desirable Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independentlyWhy Join?
