The role of a Recruitment Administrator
* Support the in-house Sanctuary Supported Living Talent team by providing end-to-end recruitment administration
* Manage vacancy requests from hiring managers through to appointment
* Create and publish job adverts and oversee compliance and pre-employment checks
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates, communicating by phone, email and text
* Deliver excellent customer service while liaising with multiple internal stakeholders
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes in a fast-paced, varied role
Skills and experiences
* Experienced administrator, ideally with a background in recruitment or HR
* Strong IT skills, including databases and MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
* Highly accurate with record keeping to support efficient reporting
* Professional communicator with a confident and approachable phone manner
* Able to keep hiring managers and candidates informed at all times
* Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
* Comfortable working with urgency and multitasking in a fast‑paced recruitment environment
