We are recruiting a commercially focused and digitally confident Digital Marketing & Resident Experience Manager to drive brand growth, lead generation and resident engagement at one of Birmingham’s leading Build to Rent schemes. This is a marketing-led, on-site role combining digital performance expertise with community presence. You will drive brand awareness, optimise organic and paid digital activity, support leasing outcomes and act as a trusted, visible and approachable figure for residents. Working closely with external agencies and on-site operational teams, you will ensure marketing performance translates into measurable leasing success, while also enhancing resident satisfaction, retention and advocacy. Your Responsibilities: Develop and deliver the marketing strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand representation across all touchpoints. Provide direction and instruction whilst managing external marketing agencies across SEO, PPC, paid social, portals and website performance, acting as an informed and confident client-side contact. Analyse marketing and leasing data including leads, enquiries, conversions, cost per lead and website engagement, providing clear insight and constructive challenge to agencies and internal teams. Undertake ongoing market and competitor research, monitoring local schemes and comparable BTR assets to understand pricing, incentives, offers and marketing approaches, and using this insight to inform campaign strategy and leasing decisions. Monitor organic social performance, engagement and audience growth, using insights to refine content and inform wider marketing strategy. Review, challenge and sign off creative outputs from agencies to ensure quality, relevance and commercial impact. Deliver resident communications across newsletters, resident apps and on-site messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency and brand tone. Work closely with the on-site General Manager, leasing team, concierge and central marketing functions. Your Requirements: Strong experience in digital, brand or performance marketing. Confident managing organic social media and content strategy. Commercially aware and comfortable interpreting data to drive improvement. Strong creative judgement with an eye for brand and design quality. Personable, confident and professional, comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. Experience managing external agencies. Understanding of lead generation, leasing funnels and conversion performance. Experience within property, Build to Rent, residential, hospitality or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable but not essential.
