Job Description:
We seek a Germany-qualified Commercial Lawyer to support our client, an innovative and fast-growing company operating at the intersection of advertising, fundraising, and entertainment. This short-term contract role is ideal for a legally skilled professional with expertise in B2C operations, especially within digital or consumer-facing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide pragmatic legal advice on a range of commercial matters, focusing on B2C contractual and regulatory issues.
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as marketing agreements, service contracts, and promotional arrangements.
* Ensure compliance with German and EU laws, including consumer protection, GDPR, and e-commerce regulations.
* Advise on advertising, promotions, and gambling regulations where applicable.
* Collaborate with internal teams in legal, marketing, and operations to support strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in commercial law, preferably with B2C experience.
* Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in German and English communication skills.
