Salary: £40,500 rising to £42,500 + 5% Training Completion Bonus

What youll do:
* Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals functional capability
* Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
Requirements:
1. Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
