First Achieve's Engineering Division has an excellent opportunity for an HSEQ Co-ordinator to join an established and growing company in the Falkirk region. Our client is a global organisation operating within various industries, including Oil & Gas, Nuclear, and Petrochemical sectors.

The purpose of this role is to assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the HSEQ IMS by reviewing, compiling, and amending IMS procedures and Project HSEQ plans. The candidate should be skilled in measuring, monitoring, trend identification, and reporting of HSEQ statistics.
We are seeking a qualified auditor capable of actively participating in and leading audits internally, with suppliers, and third parties. Skills in risk assessments and HAZIDS are essential. The role involves contributing to process improvements, working cross-functionally to implement and embed changes, and ensuring positive results.
The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert regarding the HSEQ IMS, assist others with HSEQ issues, and ensure accurate and timely recording of non-conformities, hazards, accidents, and incidents. Delivering HSEQ training to the workforce is also a key responsibility.
Duties will include:
* Motivating and coaching personnel on HSEQ importance
* Engaging in client meetings and audits effectively
* Adhering to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
* Operating and conducting activities within the Integrated Management System
* Process improvement and development to meet HSEQ targets
* Ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely recording of non-conformities, hazards, accidents, and incidents
Essential skills, experience, and knowledge:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Health and Safety
* NEBOSH certificate or working towards it
* Lead Auditor experience in at least one standard (9001, 14001, or 45001)
* Tech IOSH Membership or equivalent (CQI or IEMA membership, or working towards)
* Knowledge of ERP systems and Q-Pulse is advantageous
