Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and business process improvements. Support project managers in scope definition, planning, and monitoring project progress. Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business cases, user stories, and status reports. Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to elicit and validate requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in project environments. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
