Description
As the Senior Management Accountant, your job responsibilities will include:
Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts, as well as P&L, Balance Sheet etc.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
Manage the property finance inbox (with support).
Manage cash flow and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems.Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
Professional qualifications in accounting such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or equivalent.
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality/property or related industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.Job Offer
