Marketing Lead - Strategic Projects
Salary: up to £55k (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Location: Horsham, West Sussex. 4 days in the office & 1 WFH
Contract: Full-time Perm.
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Professional who thrives on owning major projects, shaping strategy, and delivering meaningful impact - This is a senior role with significant influence without a team of direct reports
This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, wants variety, and values influence over hierarchy. You'll join a marketing function where you will work alongside another Marketing Manager, with each leading their own portfolio of highimpact initiatives.

What you'll lead:
* Launch & optimise multi-channel campaigns: web, e-commerce, email, social, offline
* Drive customer acquisition, retention & revenue growth
* Build AI-powered marketing funnels and automation workflows
* Analyse performance, extract insights & scale what works
* Protect & grow our brand reputation across reviews, PR & listings
