E-Logic is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support the Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC). The Contract Manager is responsible for overall contract execution, performance oversight, compliance, and continuity of operations, ensuring all contractual obligations are met in accordance with the following responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Serve as E-Logic's authorized representative for day-to-day contract operations Act as the primary liaison with the Government CO and COR Direct and oversee contract performance to ensure compliance with:Performance Work Statement (PWS) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all contractual deliverables Monitor performance metrics, service levels, and quality standards Identify risks, performance issues, or compliance gaps and implement corrective actions Ensure continuity of operations during personnel turnover or absences Prepare for and participate in progress meetings, audits, inspections, and reviews Ensure staff compliance with security, privacy, OPSEC, and training requirements Maintain internal documentation, reporting, and contract records Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and operational readiness in alignment with contract requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or government services support Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Government contracts Strong knowledge of:Contract performance oversight Compliance and quality assurance FAR-based environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Ability to pass required background checks and obtain site access Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC).
