Job Description:
We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive and ambitious team. If you are passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives by delivering innovative healthcare products, this is the opportunity for you.
This role is within Stryker’s ENT division, focusing on a portfolio that supports surgical specialties with capital, consumables, and disposables. You will drive growth, develop relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, and support clinical cases.
The territory includes Scotland and North East England, ideally with the candidate residing within this area.

Requirements:
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or related degree, or equivalent experience.
* Proven success in medical device and capital sales.
* Ownership mentality with results focus.
* Drive to succeed and win.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of NHS/private medical sector is a plus.
* English language proficiency.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous.
