Bid Manager (Belfast)
Your new companyA well-established construction business based in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to support continued growth across public and private sector projects. The organisation has a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality, complex construction works.
Your new roleAs Bid Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end bid process, coordinating internal teams to produce high-quality, compliant submissions. You will be responsible for managing tenders from PQQ/ITT stage through to final submission, ensuring key deadlines are met and bid quality is consistently high.Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full bid lifecycle across multiple construction tenders
* Coordinating input from commercial, operations and design teams
* Reviewing tender documentation and developing win strategies
* Producing and overseeing high-quality written submissions
What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Bid or Proposals Manager with a background in construction or the built environment. You will be highly organised, deadline-driven and confident managing multiple bids simultaneously.You will ideally have:
* Proven experience managing construction bids from start to finish
* Strong writing, editing and stakeholder coordination skills
* Knowledge of public sector frameworks and tendering portals
