The Facilities team provides strategic support on projects, manages supplier relationships and budgets, oversees Front of House services, and ensures the organisation operates in line with Health & Safety policies and regulations. We also adhere to ISO and BSI standards, maintaining best practice across all operations.
Your new role
1. Support administration of service contracts and supplier accounts.
2. Schedule and allocate engineers via the CAFM system.
3. Monitor contract performance and identify improvements.
4. Track SLApliance for reactive and PPM tasks.
5. Maintain statutorypliance records.
6. Prepare and update contractual andpliance documents.
7. Manage accurate records and document control.
8. Log, prioritise, and assign helpdesk tickets.
9. Provide first-line support for facilities queries.
10. Generate and share performance andpliance reports.
11. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
12. Maintain asset registers and update system data.
13. Raise purchase orders and track deliveries.
14. Assist with planning site visits, audits, and inspections.
15. Ensure clearmunication between helpdesk, engineers, and stakeholders.
16. Contribute to service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
17. Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or customer service is advantageous.
18. Certifications (Desirable): First Aid at Work, Fire Warden Training, Health & Safety (, IOSH Working Safely)
