12 month fixed term contract to begin in June 2026.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm Office Based

My client based on the outskirts of Barnsley is recruiting an Office Administrator to cover a 12 month maternity leave to begin at the start of June.
You'll be working as part of a small, friendly team within a busy office and your day will look like this:
* Answering the telephone and dealing with business customer calls such as stock, delivery, pricing and product knowledge. (training will be given with product knowledge).
* Create quotations and process sales orders onto the system.
* Communicate with production staff regarding orders and delivery times.
* Update customers on their deliveries.
* General office duties as and when required.
You will have gained some recent office experience and have strong customer service skills.
This role is for a 12 month fixed term so applicants must be available to work from the beginning of June.
