You’ll be an integral part of an agile, collaborative and highly skilled team, responsible for the following on a day-to-day basis Working with senior client stakeholders to understand a business problem Work with clients on potential solutions, including formulating and testing hypotheses, developing real working proof of concepts, and iterating the models and production software until the business problem is solved Working with a range of leading-edge technologies across multiple platforms Writing and deploying code Using CICD to maintain code in production Why apply? Essential Skills We’re looking for the following key skills from applicants A degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or Engineering An understanding of IT solutions and ideally some software coding experience either at university or through previous work experience Proficient experience in working with large language models such as GPT-3, ChatGPT, BART, or similar models. Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering techniques, including designing effective prompts and instructions to guide model behavior and generate desired outputs. Strong understanding of model limitations, biases, and potential risks associated with large language models, with a proven track record of addressing and mitigating these challenges. Experience in fine-tuning and adapting pre-trained language models to specific domains or tasks, optimizing their performance and ensuring their suitability for real-world applications.
