The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Partner / Legal Director should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 7-12+ years' corporate PQE
9. Experienced in M&A, corporate reorganisations, JVs
10. Comfortable leading client relationships and team growth
11. Adept at business development with a strong regional network
