Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Develop new recipes and menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
* Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment use.

* Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and food preparation.
* Experience in supervising and managing a team effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in food production and serving is advantageous.
