We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Skills Trainer to join our team in Pilgrim's Europe - Moy Park at Craigavon site. In this role you will be reporting to the Site Training Lead, you will deliver, co-ordinate and track all job specific and skills training required for employees. This will include the induction of new starters, refresher training, and ad hoc training, ensuring all employees are competent against Site SOPs and other requirements. You will play a key role in supporting the pathway to performance, helping colleagues settle into their roles, meeting compliance standards, and ensuring training records are up to date. Core Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (with flexibility to cover different shifts as required to meet training needs) Key Responsibilities: Deliver and coordinate job specific skills training, inductions, refresher training and ad hoc training. Support managers and employees in meeting training standards. Assess competence against health & safety, food safety and quality standards. Ensure training materials are up to date and reflect current processes. Maintain training records and provide reports to management. Support the department in audits, compliance checks and KPIs. Promote continuous improvement in training processes. Comply with all Health & Safety responsibilities, ensuring safe working practices at all times. What We're Looking For: Essential: Experience within a training role, ideally multi skilled within a department. Confident in using IT systems and Microsoft Office packages. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Good communication and problem solving skills. Ability to design and deliver creative training solutions. Ability to read, write and speak English clearly. Desirable: Professional trainers' certificate. CIPD training qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a factory/production environment.
