We provide full on-the-job training, so while experience in secure logistics is desirable, its not essential. What Youll Be Doing: 3.5t Van Driver Carrying out secure collections and deliveries in line with operating procedures Ensuring all goods are packed, secured, and documented correctly Operating a company vehicle (3.5t) and conducting daily vehicle checks Liaising with clients and external security partners during collections and deliveries Using a handheld device to track and record movements Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and upholding high standards of customer service Following all company security and health & safety procedures Reporting any issues or incidents promptly to your manager What Were Looking For: Essential: 3.5t Van Driver Hold a full UK driving Licence, whilst a clean licence is pref, up to SP 6pts is considered Strong communication skills, with good verbal and written English Able to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines Basic IT/ smartphone proficiency Be a team player in the transport team as well as working alongside all other colleagues Professional appearance and team player attitude Steady 5 year employment record with NO or Verified gaps NO criminal record and will pass a DBS check Desirable: 3.5t Van Driver Experience transporting valuable goods Experience driving 3.5t vehicles Knowledge of the local area and Central London Mindset Matters: Were seeking individuals who: Follow procedures and uphold compliance standards Act with integrity and accountability Take ownership of their role and responsibilities Communicate with clarity and respect Embrace learning and continuous improvement Pre-Employment Checks: Due to the secure nature of this role, all candidates must undergo: Basic DBS (criminal record) check 5-year employment reference check (with all gaps accounted for) Driving licence verification Recruitment process: Screening call with HR Face to Face interview Offer (Subject to compliance checks) We care about our employees so here is what we have to offer to support you!
