* Global Head of Talent Acquisition
Summary
Provide essential data to our Global Talent Acquisition Team regarding candidates and recruitment market trends to support and develop our Talent Acquisition Strategy. Research industry news and developments, and proactively act on gathered information or candidate insights. Build and maintain candidate pipelines and communities for current and future requisitions.
Job Functions
1. Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and demographic data to understand current and future market conditions.
2. Advise the talent acquisition team on marketplace trends, continuously refining search strategies for excellence.
3. Leverage resources such as ATS, social media, job boards, and open sources to facilitate sourcing and candidate attraction.
4. Enhance candidate experience by maintaining close relationships to attract interested, qualified, and motivated candidates.
5. Develop robust candidate pipelines across various business and functional areas using a multichannel sourcing approach.
6. Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction.
7. Develop and implement a referral sourcing strategy.
8. Assess candidates for qualification, cultural fit, and compatibility.
9. Employ candidate marketing strategies including pools, groups, affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted outreach, and analytics tools.
10. Maintain an up-to-date candidate database with relevant information.
Qualifications
Education
Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience
* At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer.
* Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
* Experience in pipeline setup and community building.
* Proven social media marketing and digital networking skills.
* Proficiency with office software and ATS/database systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
* Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
* Ability to stay updated with market trends and competitor information.
