Benefits of being a Lettings Negotiator
1. Complete on-target earnings exceeding £30000 per year
2. Basic Salary of £16,000 to £18,000 (Dependent on experience)
3. Performance Related Bonus of £600 to £750 for your first 2 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline (amount dependent on experience)

A day in the life of a Lettings Negotiator
10. Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
11. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
12. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
13. Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
14. A focus on generating new and repeat business
15. Canvassing the local area
16. Door knocking and leaflet dropping
17. Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills of a Lettings Negotiator
18. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
19. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
20. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
21. Ability to work under own initiative
22. Good telephone manner
23. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
24. Attention to detail
25. Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
