JOB TITLE: Territory Manager

COMPENSATION: LPA + Fuel Reimbursement + Medical Insurance

JOB PURPOSE
Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by managing field operations, building local relationships, and representing Safexpress in the assigned territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage booking associates and ensure smooth operations.
* Drive revenue through new customer acquisition and upselling.
* Handle branch operations (admin, credit, retail capacity).
* Strengthen customer relationships through visits and issue resolution.
* Generate leads via territory mapping and associate network.
* Conduct pricing negotiations and business reviews.
* Collaborate with internal departments (Ops, Finance, Admin) to resolve customer pain points.
* Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
* Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or Logistics.
* Experience: 1-4 years in Sales/Operations/Field Role (Logistics, FMCG, Telecom preferred).
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
* Knowledge: Indian geography, regional customer behaviors, supply chain, logistics operations, basic business operations.
* Skills: Strong communication (English and regional language), MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint), customer orientation, presentation ability.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, willing to travel extensively, high learning agility, detail-oriented, team coordination ability.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Must have own two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid license.
* Willingness to relocate if needed.
* Open to field-intensive travel (3-4 days/week).
