We're growing fast and looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Business Development Account Manger to join our friendly IT recycling team in Burton-on-Trent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves sales, enjoys connecting with people, and wants their work to make a positive difference in the world.
You'll play a key role in helping organisations across many industries including healthcare, education, corporate, and public sectors manage their IT disposal securely and sustainably turning surplus tech into new opportunities through responsible recycling and environmental solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for sustainable IT solutions.
* Manage and grow existing accounts with care, professionalism, and a focus on results.
* Develop tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs.
* Keep track of leads, pipelines, and progress using a CRM system.
* Collaborate with operations teams to organise effective IT recycling opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development, ideally in a service-based or technology-related sector.
* Strong communicator, confident on the phone, in Teams meetings, and over email.
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to balance multiple prospects at once.
* A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for sustainability and business growth.
* Office based Team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also work independently.
