About the Firm
An international Law Firm is seeking a Construction Lawyer to join their thriving Construction Group in the firm’s London office.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, sophisticated and often bespoke development projects for a diverse client base including private investors, developers, lenders, charities and luxury brands.
The Role
You will advise a diverse range of clients including contractors, developers, employers, funders, consultants, and engineers across the entire spectrum of construction projects, from inception to completion.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from major international developments to domestic building contracts.
Who You Are
* A qualified lawyer with 3-5 years’ PQE specialising in construction law, gained at a reputable City, national or specialist firm.
* A strong understanding of standard form construction contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT)
* Proven experience in dealing with construction claims, delays, and disputes
