Technical Sales Engineer – UK & Ireland
Salary - £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Our client is a specialist in their field, producing high-quality fasteners at their manufacturing sites.
Our client designs and manufactures advanced fasteners, hydraulic fittings and locking devices.
Summary:
* Maintaining trusted relationships

* Managing commercial negotiations in co-ordination with Internal Teams (Industrial sites, Marketing, Supply Chain)
* Managing customer requests, liaising with factories
* Duties
* Manage and develop strategic customer relationships
* Manage and grow the client portfolio, building customer trust and identifying new business opportunities
* Support the definition and achievement of the sales budge for your scope
* Lead contract negotiations in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing teams.
* Ensure Internal conditions are met to deliver projects on time.
* Collaborate closely with Customer Services teams to optimise client satisfaction
* Handle customer complaints, objective and operational issues proactively
* Report regularly on Sales activities to management and production sites
* Conduct market monitoring and intelligence gathering to share relevant customer and industry insights
* Gain in-depth product and technical expertise through hands-on experience at manufacturing sites
* Develop a strategic, global commercial vision within a world-leading company
Skills required:
* Previous Technical Sales Experience
* Preference given to those from an Engineering background. Engineering Sales.
* UK Sales/European Sales and Account Management experience
* Preference given to those with a 2nd language – Ideally French
* Good educational background, preference given to degree educated or similar
* Strong MS Office skills
* Ability to travel – throughout the UK and some European travel
