We're partnering with a highly regarded and growing accountancy practice in Leamington Spa that is looking to appoint a Client Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or part‑qualified accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing junior team members, and working with a varied portfolio of businesses.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of limited company clients across a range of sectors, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering a high standard of compliance and advisory support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing your own portfolio of clients
* Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
* Corporation tax compliance
* Producing management accounts and financial reporting
* Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their development
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working with cloud‑based accounting software including Xero and QuickBooks
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
* Are ACA or ACCA newly qualified, or nearing qualification
* Have a minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment
* Possess strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
* Are confident managing client relationships independently
* Have experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
* Enjoy mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
