About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day delivery across fast‑track andplex construction projects ranging from £1m to £30m. Thepany operates multiple divisions – including Main Contracting, Special Projects and Fast Track – each requiring exceptional coordination, planning, and operational oversight.
1. Oversee the operational delivery of construction projects from pre‑construction throughpletion.
2. Drive consistent performance across safety, quality, programme and cost, aligned with thepany's core principles.
3. Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to maintain efficiency and high standards.
4. Implement operational processes that reflect thepany’smitment to transparency, innovation, and non‑adversarial working.
5. Ensure projects uphold thepany’s reputation for delivering safely, on time, and within budget.

6. Proven experience in a senior operational role within the construction sector.
7. Strong leadership abilities with the capability to manage multiple fast‑moving projects.
