Mazak Mill / Turn Programmer / Setter / Operator
Location: Poole, Dorset; Pay: £18 – £20 per hour (DOE); Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm – Friday off or used for overtime
Responsibilities
* Programming, setting, and operating Mazak mill / turn machines
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
* Ensuring high-quality standards and tight tolerances are met
* Performing first-off inspections and maintaining production efficiency
* Working collaboratively with the wider engineering team
Requirements
* Proven experience with Mazak mill / turn machines (programming, setting, and operating)
* Strong knowledge of CNC machining and precision engineering practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach
