They will be continuing to expand and grow the team to keep pace with the growth in this sector.They are now seeking to appoint a Director of Networks to lead this development and growth.Duties and responsibilities include;- Department management fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.- Business development and client relationship management to;Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth with well established existing clientsMaintain a healthy pipeline of work for the departmentFoster continuing good relationships with our existing clients and understand their current and future needsParticipate in industry forums and events- Growing and developing the team, including;Mentoring and development of team membersRecruitment and training to ensure the department has the resources and skills to deliver for our clientsGiving guidance and advice in project management and technical delivery of the work.- Strategic planning and development, including;Staying abreast of industry trends and developmentsBeing an integral part of the team's annual strategic planning and delivery of the agreed plan.The candidateThe successful candidate will have technical expertise in power system planning and analysis and a good understanding of the GB power system.
