Key Responsibilities Creating, formatting, merging and converting documents into professional PDF packs Using Excel to track job information, client details, installation data and other key project metrics Producing client‑facing manuals and documentation in PowerPoint Issuing certificates through online platforms and merging them into project packs Extracting information from internal systems and liaising with team members to fill in gaps Communicating confidently with clients regarding timelines and required details Supporting the sales team with lead allocation when neededWhat They're Looking For The company isn't focused on industry experience - they care more about capability, attitude and attention to detail.
