Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate with candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Your organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential in helping us meet our clients' staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening CV's, and scheduling interviews.
* Coordinate communication between candidates and the recruitment team.
* Maintain and update candidate and client databases accurately.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
* Perform administrative duties such as marking video interviews and answering frequently asked questions.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR support is a plus.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office Suite.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
