Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
* Configure DevOps pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support our credit decisioning engine.
* Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality, mission-critical applications.
* Collaborate within an agile team to deliver backend features with a focus on performance and reliability.
* Work closely with architects and product owners to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Required Skills & Experience
* Backend Development: 5–15 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
* DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
* API Development: Proven expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
* Frontend Knowledge: Working knowledge of React or Angular.
* Testing: Strong background in automated testing and quality assurance practices.
* Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and excellent communication skills.
Good to Have
* GCP Data Services: Experience with BigQuery, Spanner, Cloud Composer, or Dataflow.
* Generative AI: Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools; interest in building agentic solutions.
