We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. This role is central to the smooth operation of our office and plays a key part in delivering excellent service to both clients and colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Typing letters, emails, and reports using Microsoft Office and digital dictation tools
2. Answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing appointments
3. Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
4. Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationery
5. Liaising with external IT support
6. Providing PA support to a senior team member
7. Logging incoming and outgoing post
8. Supporting with other general admin tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
9. Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office-based role
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (training provided for specialist software)
12. A detail-oriented, self-motivated approach
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. A professional, friendly manner and a commitment to excellent client service
15. Discretion and respect for confidentiality

In return the company are offering an Annual Salary of £25,500
37.5 hrs a week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
