The Role: Lecturer - Esports
Location: Farnborough College
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, and Sessional opportunities available
Start Date: September 2025

What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver and Inspire: Teach across FE and HE Esports and Game Design programmes, up to Level 6.
* Support Success: Provide pastoral support and tutorials to help learners reach their potential.
* Collaborate & Create: Work with a friendly, innovative team to shape and enhance our curriculum.
* Promote Excellence: Represent the department at open days and contribute to our Outstanding reputation.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong background in Esports/gaming with relevant qualifications or industry experience
* A degree in Esports, Gaming, or a related field
* A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Passion for Esports education and student success
* An engaging, enthusiastic, and supportive approach in the classroom
Bonus Points If You:
* Bring real-world Esports or Game Design industry experience to inspire learners
* Have taught at FE/HE level previously
* Enjoy innovation and are keen to stay ahead of emerging trends in Esports and gaming
