As a Reserve Community Outreach Support Worker (Mental Health), you’ll provide ongoing support to customers with profound and enduring mental health issues, helping them improve their quality of life, sustain tenancies, and achieve independent living through structured and community outreach services.

Salary
£12.60 per hour (Reserve staff)
Contract
Reserve (bank staff)
Your week
Reserve shifts, varying hours between 8:30am and 8:30pm, 7 days per week, including 12‑hour shifts, evenings and weekends.
Snapshot of your role
* Provide a comprehensive range of support services to customers with profound and enduring mental health conditions.
* Encourage medication adherence as directed by GP to promote positive emotional and physical well‑being.
* Help customers understand tenancy responsibilities, such as keeping the property clean, avoiding nuisances to neighbours, and paying rent.
What We’re Looking For
* Full UK Driving Licence for community service delivery.
* Positive, can‑do attitude with a people‑focused, friendly and approachable manner.
* Awareness and understanding of equal opportunities and other people's physical, social and welfare needs.
* Clear communication skills, both spoken and written, including accurate record‑keeping and report‑writing.
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with Internet and email.
