The Role As an Administrator in our Radiology department you will; Be part of a busy, multi-skilled team Handle a mixture of complex and general enquiries via phone, email and in person. Ensure accurate patient processing Provide secretarial services such as minute taking, WP and diary management. Work a mixture of daytime and evening shifts (Monday to Friday) Handle billing enquiries The Person To succeed as an Administrator you will; Be a confident, sensitive and compassionate communicator. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths Have good IT, phone and keyboard skills. Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage. Be flexible, proactive and a good team player Helping you feel good. The hospital has been established since 1968 and offers free parking for patients and consultants. The surgical ward has 28 beds and nurse patients who have undergone orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, plastic surgery ENT and breast surgery, to name a few.
