Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement person-centred support plans for Residents (ex-offenders).
* Conduct regular meetings with Residents to discuss their support needs and goals.
* Complete Support and Safety Plans to ensure wellbeing and risk management.
* Collaborate with Community Probation Practitioners and Court Staff to coordinate support.
* Assist Residents in:
o Applying for Housing Benefits
o Managing rent payments
o Accessing additional local services
* Carry out property checks to ensure accommodation is:
o Clean and well-maintained
o Free from hazards or safety issues
o Compliant with housing standards
* Report and follow up on any required repairs or maintenance issues.
* Manage a caseload of allocated properties, working within a wider regional team.
* Must have access to a personal vehicle with business insurance to carry out property visits.
