Job Title: Design Technology Teacher

Salary: £175-£251 a day (dependent on experience)
Are you a passionate Design Technology teacher looking for work in May 2026? Teaching Personnel is looking for a Design Technology teacher to work in a Durham secondary school on a full-time basis from Mid May to the end of the academic year. You will be teaching across KS3/KS4, delivering high-quality lessons to secondary students.
The Role:
* Able to plan and deliver Design Technology lessons that fit within the school’s curriculum
* Manage an engaging classroom environment and suitable behaviours
* Work closely with students and fellow teachers to support students’ academic progress
Requirements of the Role:
* Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Excellent knowledge of the Design Technology curriculum and experience teaching Design Technology within a secondary school setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
